Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale
We reserve the right to change published prices of stock when we purchase stock in to supplement our own stock, obtain plants especially for customers or sell plants of different sizes than those listed.
All plants are offered subject to crop and being unsold on receipt of order.
All prices are quoted ex nursery plus VAT.
Complaints relating to stock must be made in writing within seven days of the receipt of goods.
Unlike retail sales, we are unable to offer a 12 month guarantee on our trade sales.
We cannot be held responsible for plant losses caused
by frost, drought, vandalism, insect damage, garden
pathogens, poor planting conditions or bad weather.

Payment
We accept most major credit / debit cards. You can also pay by cheque, subject to clearance by TRANSAX. We require payment before dispatch.
For account customers (local authorities, schools,
hospitals, golf clubs and garden centres) we reserve
the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Payment is due within one month from the date of invoice. Goods remain the property of Farnham Common Nurseries Ltd until paid for in full.
We reserve the right to uplift goods not paid for.

Delivery
Delivery is charged at £18.50 plus VAT per hour or part thereof. Please note that delivery does not allow for the transportation of plants any further than the nearest point of unloading from our vehicle.
The placement of any order implies acceptance of the above terms. VAT is charged at the standard rate on all goods and services.
